Josh provides consulting services and delivers solutions for clients that range from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Working with in-house technical staff, contractors and vendors, Josh builds applications and implements processes for successful management of technology infrastructure.
Josh is an accomplished ecommerce strategist and technologist, with a proven ability to achieve business objectives via technology based solutions. He has a successful track record in creating and cultivating technology teams, making platform decisions, and delivering secure, scalable and high performance applications.
Josh is a co-founder of the Casco Bay .NET User Group. He volunteers his time to bring well-known software development speakers to monthly CBNUG meeetings.
Josh's interest in the Web started back in 1993 when a friend handed Josh a floppy disk that contained the Mosaic browser. From that point on, his fascination with the Web grew quickly. He was on track to become a lawyer when he happened upon a book called "Teach Yourself Web Publishing with HTML in 14 Days." Within six hours he had read it cover-to-cover and realized that Web development was his future.
Erin works with clients to understand their unique business challenges and identify ways to utilize technology to create efficiencies and maximize revenue. Her twenty-year financial services background also allows her to provide significant value to clients in a wide variety of areas beyond technology - as she works to achieve clients' business objectives.
Erin quarterbacks each relationship at Hurley Solutions, from defining requirements and project scope, to overseeing execution and implementation. Those who know Erin understand that she can drive projects to completion and has a laser focus on exceeding client expectations in the process.
After obtaining her MBA, Erin was selected to participate in Wharton's Stonier School. She has volunteered her time to help the next generation of leaders through her involvement as a Trustee for the University of Maine System, and board positions for the USM Foundation, Portland Ovations and PortTIX.
An avid "foodie," Erin is highly opinionated on the local restaurant scene. For years she authored a lifestyle blog, focused primarily on restaurants reviews both locally and nationally. To offset her passion for food, Erin is also an avid runner, and can be found most mornings lighting up the streets at dawn with her headlamp and reflective vest.
Marc has been developing custom computer software since 2001. Over the years he has worked in a variety of software technologies, beginning with Microsoft Access and Visual Basic 6.0, and now with all versions of Microsoft's .NET development suite, Java, and the proprietary Apple development language, Objective C. Throughout his career, Marc has assumed each of the many roles required by a Software Development Life Cycle. From Business Analyst - collecting requirements and rules directly from the client - to Software Engineer, incorporating the business rules into the end product – Marc has done it all!
A passionate outdoor enthusiast, when Marc isn't in front of the screen, you'll likely find him hiking, biking, canoeing, golfing or running. His beverage of choice reflects his energy level - quad-shot espresso over ice!
